The Shift

You built something that works. That is the problem. You have proof. Clients. Results. A product or service that delivers when you deliver it. But look closer at what is actually happening. You are still the mechanism. You are still the one closing the deal, running the delivery, fixing the thing when it breaks, holding the standard together with your own attention. The business has fruit. It does not have multiplication. That is a different problem than the one you started with, and it will not be solved the way you solved the first one. Working harder produces more fruit. It does not produce dominion. You cannot scale a business that only performs when you personally show up inside it, and no amount of hustle changes that math. What changes it is a shift in what you are actually building.
